Hunger and starvation have hit the village.

Jack arrives home with beans and not cash for Daisy.

The Fairy assures the audience that all will be well.

The next day the whole village awakens to find a giant beanstalk.

Brave Jack decides to climb it.

Dame Trott and Soppy Sarah arrive at the top too to find the Daisy the cow and the bailiff..

The Giant's wife has a few words with the Giant.

The Giant helps with wife with some cooking.

Jack takes on Titus, the bailiff to recue Jane.

All return safely and Jack chops down the beanstalk.

All ends happily as usual.
