Nurse does not really believe the boots are the king's old boots.
Nurse organizes a duet with Sir Hugh
The King tries to get his 'Old Hunting Boots'.
The Queen is not fooled and recognizes the seven leaugue boots.
Eustace is sent off on a mission with the boots.
Beauty arrives at her Christening party.
Eustace returns with exotic fruits requested by the queen.
Melissia arrives to deliver her curse.
Fortunately Stardust can lessen its effect.
The young princess Beauty.
Beauty continues to grow up
and reach her Eighteenth Birthday
to receive Stardust's advice on love
and the gift from her parent's - got by Eustace using the boots.
But Melissia returns to re-issue her threat.
Eustace returns from the African Bush with something for the Queen.
Nightshade and Mandrake are in the woods trying out Melissia's Spell Book
when they are confronted by the good fairies.
The Prince, disguised as a minstrel arrives singing very badly and not fooling the fairies
who teach him to sing.
Prince Anton meets Beauty, disguised as a village girl called Primrose.
Later, in the castle, Melissia tricks Beauty into trying out a spinning wheel
and carries out her plan.
The King and Queen mourn
but Stardust carries out her promise and all sleep for 100 years.
The Forest Sprites look after the sleeping court
until Stardust's return after 100 years.
She retrieves the Prince from Santa's Grotto, gives him the magic gloves and sword
and he cuts away the forest to find Beauty.
Beauty and Anton are re-united.
The King and Queen and the whole court are delighted all is well
but Malicia's not defeated yet! She captures Beauty by putting Prince Anton under a spell.
Stardust agrees to help sort things out once and for all.
Malicia has Beauty in her cave and begins to try instructing her.
The rescue party are faced with a monster - the Mugwump.
Stardust tries to persuade Melissia to change.
Prince Anton gets Melissa's Crystal Ball
and smashes it to destroy her power.
Stardust extends the hand of friendship to Melissia.
Back at the Palace Eustace gets his appraisal from a totally unsympathetic Sir Hugh.
Sacked from his job Eustace makes a wish which the fairies answer.
To Sir Hugh's surprise the King of highly amused by Eustace and Princess Beauty wants him to entertain at her wedding.
The King helps Bramble with the problem garden pests
which are eventually chased away by Bumble.
And all ends happily as usual!
